A Journey of Remembering
The word chakra means "wheel" and refers to centres of energy within us. For thousands of years, Eastern traditions have taught that life-force energy flows through the body, influencing our physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual wellbeing.
The seven chakras form a pathway from the base of the spine to the crown of the head. Each chakra reflects an aspect of our human experience—from belonging and creativity to love, truth, wisdom, and our connection with life itself.
Over time, the chakras have been understood in many ways: as energy centres, psychological archetypes, and a map for personal growth. Carl Jung saw them as symbols of the unfolding journey of human consciousness.
For me, the chakras are more than a philosophy or healing system.
They are a journey of remembering.
They remind us that beneath our fears, wounds, and conditioning lies our true nature—a whole, wise, and loving being waiting to be rediscovered.
We are not becoming someone new.
We are remembering who we have always been.
Inside you is a superpower: the power of your love. You are a Lovebeing.
The chakra journey is a journey of remembering.
