Cancellation & Refund Policy
At Lovebeing, every session and workshop is a sacred time reserved for your healing and growth. To honour your journey — and to respect the time and energy held for you — please take a moment to read our cancellation and refund policy.
🌿 Massage & 1:1 Treatments
More than 24 hours’ notice
You may cancel or reschedule your appointment with no fee. A full refund will be issued, or you may transfer your booking to another date.
Less than 24 hours’ notice
Cancellations made within 24 hours of your session will be charged 50% of the fee.

Same-day cancellation or no-show
The full fee will be retained, as the time and preparation has been dedicated to you.
Late arrivals
Sessions will end at the originally scheduled time. Arrivals more than 15 minutes late may be treated as a missed appointment, with the full fee applying.
Emergencies
We know life can be unpredictable. In cases of genuine illness or emergency, please contact us as soon as possible — we may, at our discretion, waive or adjust the fee.
