What do I need to bring?

Just yourself with your intention for healing. You can bring water to drink. Wear comfortable clothes so you can move freely. We dance barefooted so if you prefer to dance on your yoga mat, please bring one.


You can bring your journal and any healing charms.

I don’t know anything about Chakras?

It doesn’t matter as I explain them in the most natural way possible so you will be able to follow all the elements of the workshop. All you need is a commitment to heal, to experience the magic of your inner world of wonder. There are handouts I send before each workshop to prepare you.

What are the benefits of Chakradance?

Physically you’re moving so these vibrations alone are good for your body. Closing your eyes or lowering your gaze and being within your own self brings a sense of peace and feeling of home. It is uplifting mentally and spiritually as all the elements are gentle and safe. It opens you up to your imagination where you are free to be whoever you want to and you find a deeper connection to your creativity, yourself and the world around you.

What is the music like, does it really balance the chakras?

The music is a labour of love created especially for each chakra. Each of the seven chakras vibrates at its own frequency. The sound vibrations tune each of the energy centers (chakras), interwoven with the pure tones of the crystal bowls that release a vibrational sound. The vibration continues to pulse outward into our energy field long
after the sounds have stopped playing. This sound healing along with spontaneous dance of surrender powers up the healer within to feel the rhythm of their soul.

How often would you recommend doing this for long term benefits?

You’ll receive a 15 minute Chakradance video so dance daily. Please join me for the live workshops as I will always endeavour to keep the price fair and affordable and please look out for discounted offers/package deals.

I can’t dance, I feel awkward?

This an inward journey that belongs just to you. Close your eyes or lower your gaze and surrender. It does not matter whether you move or you don’t or some weeks you move more than others. All that matters is to be present as much as you can and surrender.

It is recognised by the International Institute for Complementary Therapists as a movement healing modality. It is facilitated worldwide through licenced facilitators.
